POLICIES
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
In order to secure your desired appointment date(s), a deposit of $100-200 +tax is required. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the price of the final session.
Your deposit will cover 1 reschedule. Any reschedules must be communicated via email at least 72 hours before your appointment. Exceeding 1 reschedule or less than 72 hours notice will require a new deposit of equal value to re-book. If you choose to cancel or no-show your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. In the case of a no-show, you will not be able to re-book in the future.
If you change your idea after booking is finalized, a new deposit will be required. If the new idea is something I feel I can’t take on, I will redirect you to another artist — however, your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
Full payment of the session’s final total is expected at the end of the appointment. Payment methods accepted are cash, e-transfer, and credit card. Please note that Ontario’s HST (13%) will be applied to all methods of payment.
DESIGNS:
If you’re booking in for a custom tattoo, a sketch will be sent to you approximately 2-3 days prior to your appointment. This sketch will NOT be a fully-rendered design. At this point, you’re able to request small changes. I will then make any necessary changes and have it ready for the appointment day.
In the event that you don’t like what I have drawn — whether it be not your vision or style — unfortunately your deposit will still be non-refundable as it would’ve paid for holding the date and drawing time. Because of this, it’s important that if you have a certain vision or a specific element you want to include, you let me know during our consultation.
If it becomes evident that our client-artist relationship isn’t working out, I reserve the right to cancel our appointment.
TOUCH-UPS:
If your tattoo requires a touch-up, please contact me via email (or reply to our existing email thread) to set up an appointment. Touch-ups are free of charge if booked within 90 days of your tattoo appointment.
